Join us for a delightful journey through the world of cacti and succulents at our welcoming and friendly branch! Meetings are held at the Winterbourne Centre for Horticulture at the Winterbourne House & Garden, every third Tuesday of the month* from 7:00 pm.  We are have a varied programme throughout the year with a mixture of talks, activities and social events.

Your do not have to be a BCSS member to join – everyone’s welcome and there is always tea and biscuits!

Time
Third Tuesday of the month (unless indicated otherwise). We meet from around 7.00 pm To begin a talk or activity at 7.30 pm.
Parking
Plenty of free parking. The car park is open from 6.45 pm.
Cost
We kindly ask for £3 for the meeting to go towards expenses.

Location & Accessibility
Winterbourne Centre for Horticulture, Winterbourne House & Garden, Edgbaston, 58 Edgbaston Park Rd, Birmingham B15 2RT.
Entrance is next to the Winterbourne car park. If coming from the A38 it is the first right beyond the garden entrance. Look out for high wooden panel gates and fence.
Parking is by the glasshouses. The meeting is in a class room, part of the nursery complex adjacent to Winterbourne Gardens.
There are a few steps down to enter the building. Once inside it is on one level.

Aeoniums in Habitat and Cultivation by Mellie Lewis

Tuesday 21st May 2024, 7.00 pm

Please do enter a plant in our plant competition. The prize is a Garden centre voucher. The theme of the competition is any Aeoniums!  We will judge one another’s based on pure appeal. It’s great fun and a lovely way to see lots of amazing plants!

You may also like to bring plants to show others, ask for advice or perhaps sell plants.
